Aadrea Essentials Cocoa Butter 1kg is a light-yellow vegetable fat that comes from cocoa beans, also called Theobroma Oil. It is a pure vegan product. It contains heart-healthy oleic acid, as well as small amounts of nutrients namely Vitamins K and E and Choline.Â
It is a lightly creamy colored solid at low temperatures which melts easily on slight warming.
 This product improves chocolate processing by enabling cocoa powder, paste, sugar and other additives to disperse, fluidize and diffuse more easily to form a continuous chocolate product with a great texture.Â
